What we offer.

Hope For All – In Memory of Kirsten and Kalen (HFA) is a sober-living residential program located in Charleston, WV. We provide a secure, caring, and supportive community for women who are serious about taking next steps to solidify their sobriety and lead a productive life.

Our target participant is 21 and over and has completed a long term recovery program. She must be clean and sober for 6-12 months with a strong commitment to sober living, working full time (and/or attending school), and abiding by the rules and structure of this program. Some of the benefits and features of our program include:

  • Located in a capital city intersected by Interstates 64, 77, and 79.
  • Situated on a peaceful riverside property only minutes from a vital downtown, shopping, dining, grocery, arts, and entertainment
  • On a bus route and close to employment and educational opportunities
  • Each residence unit (shared by 2-3) has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, and bathroom.
  • Shared outdoor lawn, splash/sunning pool, picnic/grill area and a firepit for relaxation and socialization with other participants
  • Close to recreational areas such as Coonskin Park
  • On-site Program Director
  • Spiritual, financial, and life skills mentorship to supplement required 12 Step plans
  • Bi-weekly dinner with a community meeting
  • Periodic drug testing is administered to assure that the participants maintain sobriety and support the safety and mission of the program
  • Overnight and weekend passes may be earned (drug test administered upon return)
